This is based on a consultation with you answering as openly as possible questions about your current & past life/lifestyle. Nicolle may make recommendations based on what you tell her and is happy to provide support with any changes you wish to make with your lifestyle.

Often this is incorporated with a massage or aromatherapy treatment as part of the service. However, if a hands on approach does not appeal to you, Nicolle is happy to undertake a consultation based on you managing your life & those things that stress you.
